A man was spotted washing his vehicle while a man behind him was arrested by the Singapore police and placed in handcuffs.
The incident occurred in a multi-level parking garage on Block 5 Montreal Link in Sembawang.
The incident's TikTok was posted on March 28.
The individual who was arrested was laying on his stomach with his hands behind his back.
His face rested on the wheel stop.
The man proceeded to wash the vehicle, causing the ground to become moist.
One commentator stated that the man who was detained had to lie on the wet ground since the vehicle wash continued as usual.
On March 29, the Shin Min Daily News reported that five males were apprehended in the parking lot.
Boxes included about 200 e-vaporisers and associated components.
The arrests occurred on March 27 at about 7 p.m.
Five or six officers were seen at the scene.
The suspects were supposedly pursued and cornered on the sixth floor of the parking garage.
A police vehicle was deployed to block off entry to the parking lot.
