Singaporean sings worship songs during flight, called out for being inappropriate

Passengers on an easyJet aircraft were welcomed with when a guy took it upon himself to spread joy during the trip by singing worship songs.

Despite his genuine intentions, his behavior has elicited a mixed response.

Many chastised him for his insensitive behavior toward other travelers, while others felt his actions were innocuous.

The guy, identified as Singaporean Jonathan Neo, strumming his guitar as he enthusiastically shouts out a Christian praise song in the aisle's center.

Additionally, other passengers are observed singing alongside him.

Not everyone, however, was as enthused – the camera pans to a few individuals who appear significantly less enthused about the free event.

The caption for the video reads, "Worshipping Jesus 30,000 feet in the air!" The OP of the brief clip, on the other hand, does not appear to share the same happy spirit.

Rather than that, he wrote, "Imagine getting on a plane and having to listen to this."

The tweet has already surpassed 30 million views and has been shared on other sites such as TikTok, with Neo's actions prompting heated conversations regarding the practice of playing praise music during flights.

Condemned for singing praise songs

Neo's intentions may have been pure, but he received a drastically different response than he anticipated.

Numerous individuals chastised his conduct, alleging they were impolite and disruptive.

One TikToker joked that if she were on the plane, she would want her money back. Another pointed out that, religious or not, Neo should not have "disrupted the aircraft" in that manner.

Others stated that flying is already stressful enough, and Neo did not need to exacerbate the situation for the other passengers.

This user even made a clever recommendation for a song to replace the one Neo was now performing.

Additionally, one TikTok member went so far as to doxx Neo by providing his social network handles in his video.

However, some do not find Neo's behavior to be vexing. Several readers said that he should be let to perform his music if he so wishes.
