The elevator lobby and corridor are predominantly red, with red tiles on the walls and floor, which, when paired with the red lights, creates an ominous ambiance.
The video said that the red-themed HDB dwelling is part of Tampines GreenVines and used the hashtag "unacceptable" in combination with the red-themed design.
